We ship across Europe, dispatched from within the EU. If your destination is outside our standard range, contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible.
The charge you select at checkout is added to your order total. Estimated timescales are indicative and begin once an order is dispatched; they are not guaranteed.
In-stock orders are typically prepared within a few business days. Once dispatched, you receive tracking so you can follow your parcel to the door. All orders ship in plain, unbranded, cold-chain packaging.
You are responsible for ensuring that the products may lawfully be imported and received at your address, and for any duties or taxes that may apply at the destination.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, opened or used items cannot be returned for quality, safety, and integrity reasons. Unopened items may only be returned by prior arrangement; contact us first.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or does not arrive, contact within [number] days of dispatch with your order number and, where relevant, photos. We will investigate and, where appropriate, replace the item or issue a refund.
